Cozen O’Connor, one of the country’s largest 100 law firms, announced the opening of two new Pennsylvania offices in Harrisburg and Wilkes-Barre. Located at 305 N. Front Street and 120 S. Franklin Street respectively, the offices will offer full service capabilities to local businesses.
The Harrisburg office will concentrate on state and federal affairs with a special emphasis on tax, insurance regulatory, Utility, Environmental & Energy matters.
Frances R. Roggenbaum, who practices in the firm’s insurance corporate and regulatory practice group, will serve as the office managing partner. Also based out of the office will be Dan A. Schulder, of the tax practice group, and Jeffrey J. Norton, of the energy, environment and public utilities practice group.
The Wilkes-Barre office will be led by John P. Moses, who is widely known throughout the region as a premier trial attorney with experience handling a wide variety of matters for the government, corporations and individuals.
