David M. Albert Joins Cozen O’Connor’s Philadelphia Office As Associate

David Albert has joined Cozen O’Connor’s Philadelphia office as an associate in the Business Law Department. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Vice President at Deutsche Bank Securities in New York. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Albert was an associate in the Global Finance Group at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy in New York.

Albert has extensive experience handling many types of corporate law transactions. He earned his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, his masters in International Affairs from Columbia University, and his undergraduate degree from Emory University.

Prior to attending law school, Albert worked as a program director with the National Committee on U.S.-China Relations and the America-China Society. He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. He is admitted to practice in New York.
