PHILADELPHIA, February 8, 2013 – Cozen O’Connor announced Raj Datt was appointed office managing partner for the Toronto office. Mr. Datt is a member in the Litigation Department’s Subrogation & Recovery Group, and previously served as the resident office managing partner in Toronto. He focuses in prosecuting large property losses arising from fires, products liability, water/sewer main failures, oil & gas operations, construction activities and many other loss scenarios.
Since joining the firm in 2009, Mr. Datt has successfully recovered several million dollars for his clients. He has litigated cases throughout Canada, and has been the lead counsel for several trials, appeals, and interlocutory motions.
The firm also announced David Zambito will be the new managing partner in the firm’s Harrisburg, Pa., office, and Jim Tarman will be taking on a new position as international partner, serving as an at-large office managing partner and coordinating the firm’s international efforts .
