Appearing on "Making Money with Charles Payne" on Fox Business News, Blake Rutherford, a member of Cozen O'Connor's Public Strategies, commented on Hillary Clinton’s recent health concerns and transparency with the voters. Blake defended the Clinton campaign’s approach in handling the issue saying, “What we are talking about here is a human experience. Clinton’s kept a breakneck pace. She did it as secretary of state, and she’s done it as a candidate. And now she’s had a health issue, and she’s disclosed it,” he said. He also added, “I think there’s a lot of transparency coming from this campaign. It might not be as convenient as the media would have liked, but we know what’s happened; we know the cause; we’ve heard the opinion of her doctor.” To watch the full clip, click here.
Blake also discussed Obama’s campaigning on behalf of Hillary Clinton and the economic improvements Obama touted his administration has achieved. “We have to come back to the value of a popular president and a record of achievement that is very clearly articulated by the best campaigner we have ever seen. I think we will see in my home state of Pennsylvania, it will mean a lot,” Blake noted. View the full clip here.
