Vincent Candiello, a member of Cozen O'Connor's Labor & Employment department, was quoted in WITF about the Cedar Haven Healthcare Center nurses' strike. The NLRB decision could be critical to the outcome of the strike, but there is no limit to the amount of time the NLRB can take to rule. Initial decisions can take months, with a final outcome, including appeals, taking as long as two years, said Vincent.
