The article discusses a passenger's lawsuit against JetBlue. The passenger asked the flight attendant for 'ices' and the attendant misheard 'ISIS' and lead a group of crew members and passengers who then attacked the passenger. The passenger was then charged with interfering with a flight crew and spent 11 months in pretrial detention. In the article, Chris Kende discusses that the flight where the incident occurred was an international flight so international law might limit the potential damages JetBlue might have to pay.
