Mark Gallant, co-chair of Cozen O'Connor's Health Care practice group, spoke with CQ Roll Call about a recent Medicaid lawsuit in Kentucky requiring individuals on Medicaid work in order to hold onto their health insurance. Mark discussed the impact this could have on work requirements in other states. He mentioned how this will have broad ramifications elsewhere. If the judge rules in the administration’s favor, that would be a green light for every state that wants to implement work requirements, Mark said.
