Thomas Wilkinson, a member of Cozen O'Connor's Commercial Litigation Department, co-authored two chapters in the book, "The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania: Life and Law in the Commonwealth 1684-2017." Tom's chapters are entitled Supervising and Regulating the Practice of Law and Supervising and Regulating the Judiciary. The book, published by the Pennsylvania State University Press, offers a comprehensive history of the Court examines over three centuries of legal proceedings and cases before the body, the controversies and conflicts with which it dealt, and the impact of its decisions and of the case law its justices created.
