Evan Berquist was featured for his extensive pro bono work in The Key Reporter, a publication of The Phi Beta Kappa Society. The article discusses Evan’s dedication to assisting pro bono clients in Minnesota, including serving as pro bono counsel for New Vision Foundation and assisting low-income immigrant tenants from being evicted due to loss of income that was a result of the pandemic. He was recognized by the Hennepin County Bar Association for assisting the First Lutheran Church of St. Paul when a zoning ordinance threatened to shut down the church’s drop-in shelter for the homeless.
