WASHINGTON, D.C., August 31, 2020 — Cozen O’Connor is pleased to announce that Alexandra Busch, associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Department, has been named an ABA Forum on Construction Law Diversity Fellow for 2020. The ABA Forum on Construction Law has initiated a fellowship program for diverse construction lawyers with the goal of drawing these lawyers into the ranks of active, long-term forum members. The Diversity Fellowship Program identifies diverse construction lawyers who potential candidates for future forum leadership.
Alex counsels and represents owners, general contractors, and subcontractors in all phases of construction and dispute resolution. Alex has represented clients on a range of construction projects, including power plants, liquefied natural gas facilities, commercial buildings, and luxury multifamily buildings. She is an experienced commercial litigator who has handled matters involving construction and design defects, delay and disruption claims, claims for nonpayment, bond claims, mechanic’s liens, and claims for equitable remedies.
