Michael McTigue and Meredith Slawe, co-chairs of the Class Actions Group at Cozen O’Connor, were quoted in a Law360 article that discusses the potential impact of the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), which is on the November ballot. "Businesses have dedicated significant resources, particularly in the second half of 2019, to address the requirements of this transformative privacy law ... and will certainly look to update their policies and practices to ensure they are CPRA-compliant, should it pass," Meredith Slawe and Mike McTigue said in a joint email.
