The new initiatives include, “Revised new source performance standards, new control technique guidelines and the publication of a draft information collection request.” George and Mark say that the new regulations will reduce emissions from “Both existing sources and new and modified sources,” and new regulations will impose significant requirements on the oil and gas industry.
