In this piece, Jennifer stresses the benefits of attorneys' having an online reputation and presence even though many lawyers feel this is somehow beneath the level of the profession. Today's word of mouth is social media. If attorneys fail to develop and maintain their online reputation, it might be developed anyway through online rating systems or client commentary – and it may not represent the best they have to offer.
