What Does Workplace Training Look Like in the Wake of #MeToo and #TimesUp?

Jennifer Williams, a member of Cozen O'Connor's Labor & Employment department, wrote an article for the Daily Business Review about anti-harassment and anti-discrimination workplace training. Employers have long maintained written anti-harassment and anti-discrimination policies and have also utilized workplace training both to inform employees about those policies and to arm employees with the parameters of acceptable versus unacceptable workplace behavior.
