‘OK, Boomer’ Is Not OK in the Workplace [Law.com]

Joseph Sirbak wrote an article about the phrase "OK, boomer" and the legal consequences behind saying it. Joe discussed how the phrase falls under the federal Age Discrimination in Employment Act. He says that the phrase does not depend on the intent of the speaker but the recipient and how older workers might receive it as an age discrimination.
