No fun in the sun: Trump administration further restricts aviation traffic to Cuba [International Law Office]

Matthew Howell contributed an article to International Law Office discussing the Department of Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and the Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) announcement of rules designed to further restrict travel to Cuba. Specifically, OFAC announced that it was eliminating a sub-category of authorized travel to Cuba titled "people-to-people educational travel."
