The First Amendment is Not a Right to Say Anything, Anywhere

Jesse Loffler contributed an article to Lawyers Journal discussing American's freedom of speech and what this really entails. Jesse talks about how the First Amendment has been invoked as a defense for those who have been banned from social media. However, this amendment does not apply to these platforms. He explains that this is because the First Amendment only prevents the government from interfering with free speech.
