Evan Berquist was featured for his extensive pro bono work in The Key Reporter, a publication of The Phi Beta Kappa Society.

Evan is a business lawyer advising clients on a wide range of transactional matters. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Evan works with entrepreneurs, investors, and company management at each stage of a company’s life cycle, including entity formation, financings, governance, and commercial transactions. Evan’s clients include startups, middle market companies, private equity investors, and large multinational corporations. He serves as outside general counsel to a number of emerging or closely held companies. 

A significant portion of Evan’s practice involves cross-border transactions. He routinely works with local counsel in foreign jurisdictions, and has completed multiple cross-border deals in the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Evan is fluent in Spanish.

The transaction is valued at $175 million on a cash-free, debt-free basis.
