David assists clients in matters related to the acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of commercial real estate. He has experience in drafting purchase and sale agreements for commercial properties; negotiating office, retail, and warehouse leases, editing condominium declarations and condominium disclosure documents; and reviewing deeds of trusts and pledge agreements. He has also assisted clients with drafting deeds, leases for commercial properties, and letters of intent.

David received his J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and his B.A. in economics from Rollins College.
