Jennifer is part of the firm's Global Insurance Department, representing clients in all stages of litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution. Her practice focuses on matters including commercial contract disputes, industrial disasters, and defending negligence and premises liability claims.
Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer was an associate with an Am Law 200 firm. Jennifer earned a history B.A. and a political science B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh and her J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law, where she was an article staff member of the Duquesne Energy & Environmental Law Review. While in law school, she interned for the Hon. Judge Nora Bary Fischer of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the Hon. Chief Justice Jeffrey Deller of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. She also received the Outstanding Oral Argument designation during her first year.
