Regina’s practice encompasses all areas of commercial real estate transactions, with a particular focus on financing. She has substantial experience regarding the origination, securitization, and servicing of commercial mortgage loans, mezzanine loans, and loan participations. Regina is also experienced in the leasing, management, acquisition, and disposition of a variety of real estate assets. She was the lead internal counsel of several floating-rate CMBS securitizations each averaging approximately $300 million. In addition, Regina has analyzed, structured, and implemented workout agreements and loan modifications for lenders and borrowers.
Prior to joining the firm, Regina was a managing director and corporate counsel for RAIT Financial Trust in Philadelphia. She was also a law clerk to the Honorable John T. J. Kelly, Jr. of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania while in law school.
Regina earned her bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh and she earned her law degree, cum laude, from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University. While in law school, Regina was an editor of the Penn State Environmental Law Review and a member of the Woolsack Honor Society.
