Caroline is a member of the federal team in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. In this role, she monitors and analyzes legislation and executive activity, conducts policy-related research, and assists as a member of client teams.
Prior to joining the firm in 2020, Caroline interned at a law firm and a public policy group in Washington, D.C. In these roles, she gained experience conducting research and monitoring congressional hearings and legislation. She was also previously a policy intern at the Rhode Island Office of the Post-Secondary Commissioner, where she analyzed research on post-secondary policy in order to inform state-level action regarding education access for students and adults in Rhode Island. Additionally, she completed an internship at the Office of the Secretary of the United States Senate and was sponsored by U.S. Senator Jack Reed (D-RI) to participate in the United States Senate Page Program in 2015.
Caroline earned her bachelor’s degree in government, cum laude, from Georgetown University.
