Noelle has more than 15 years of experience working for/with insurance companies, law firms, nonprofit organizations, and universities. Her experience includes large-scale subrogation recoveries, successfully representing insured drivers/businesses at arbitration, transactional legal work for small business, teaching business law, and forming/managing a nonprofit organization that worked closely with the New Jersey Attorney General's office.
Noelle has contract attorney experience and was a contract attorney and project manager for Cozen O'Connor in eData/eDiscovery among other projects over the past 15 years. Noelle also served as an adjunct professor at Rowan University from September 2008 to December 2014. She taught within the Department of Business Management and Entrepreneurship.
Noelle earned her bachelor's degree in elementary education and psychology, cum laude, from Glassboro State College/Rowan University. Noelle earned her law degree from Widener University School of Law where she was editor-in-chief of Widener Law Forum, participated in PA Civil Law Clinic, Intensive Trial Advocacy Program and received Outstanding Student Service Award. Noelle is also a certified elementary school teacher in New Jersey.
