Dylan Davison

Associate

Dylan is an associate in the firm's Institutional Response Group, counseling institutions through investigations into sexual and gender-based harassment and violence, child abuse, safety and security issues, and other forms of misconduct.

With three years of experience as an assistant district attorney with the Manhattan District Attorney's Office, Dylan prosecuted over 250 misdemeanor cases, conducted more than 50 felony investigations, and secured a top-count conviction after a jury trial on behalf of a victim of domestic violence. In this role, Dylan gathered and prepared evidence, interviewed victims and defendants, drafted search warrants, determined charges, negotiated plea deals, presented evidence to grand juries, and brought cases to trial. During law school, Dylan was a certified legal intern with the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office, where she prosecuted felony preliminary hearings and misdemeanor trials in municipal and juvenile courts.

Dylan also has prior experience as a consultant with Margolis Healy and Associates (now The Healy+ Group), a Cozen O'Connor affiliate specializing in higher education compliance, where she supported the team in its work with a Community College following a mass shooting on campus. In this role, she met with administrators, partook in listening sessions with the community, and drafted a report of her findings. Dylan also supported an IRG investigation as a summer law clerk at Cozen O'Connor.

Dylan earned her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania. She earned her law degree, cum laude, from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she was a staff editor for the Temple International & Comparative Law Journal and a member of the National Trial Team.
