Julie is an associate at Cozen O'Connor.
While in law school, Julie was a summer associate at the firm in 2018. She also volunteered in Melbourne, Australia for Refugee Legal, where she researched country conditions for visa applications processed by the Australian Department of Home Affairs. Prior to that, Julie interned at Accountability Counsel as a legal fellow and focused on the use of oversight mechanisms for international development loans. She also worked as a legislative researcher at the Office of City Councilman Corey O’Connor in Pittsburgh.
Julie earned her bachelor's degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh. Julie earned her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she was on the articles review board for the Virginia Environmental Law Journal and the features editor of the Virginia Law Weekly.
