Scott focuses his practice on sophisticated estate and tax planning, business succession planning, and charitable planning. He also represents individual and corporate fiduciaries and beneficiaries in the administration of estates and trusts, as well as probate and trust litigation.

Scott is active in the community, serving on the planned giving committees of numerous charitable organizations, including the Norton Museum of Art, the Palm Beach Opera, and the Community Foundation for Palm Beach and Martin Counties.

Scott earned his undergraduate degree in accounting, magna cum laude, from the University of Florida. He also earned his law degree, cum laude, and a Masters of Law in taxation, magna cum laude, from the University of Florida and was a member of the Order of the Coif.
