Trevor is a commercial litigator experienced in pre-litigation insurance claim handling, bad faith litigation, and complex insurance coverage litigation. Trevor has experience handling both first-party and third-party claims, including professional liability, general liability, and construction defect. Trevor also has substantial experience in multi-party litigation in both state and federal courts. Trevor has litigated coverage disputes, which include claims for breach of contract, indemnity, and bad faith arising out of construction defect. In addition to his insurance coverage practice, Trevor regularly represents clients in regard to real estate and construction matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Trevor was an associate at a national firm, based out of its Salt Lake City, Utah, office, focusing his practice on insurance coverage matters. Trevor is licensed to practice in Nevada, Utah, Montana, and Wyoming. Trevor earned his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law. While in law school, Trevor was a legal intern at the Guardian Ad Litem Office in Salt Lake City. Trevor was also a law clerk for Stringham Schools (pre-licensing real estate school) and Vial Fotheringham LLP, where he assisted attorneys with real estate, home owners association, and construction defect matters. Trevor earned his bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, in psychology and his master of public administration from Southern Utah University.
