Trevor is a member of Cozen O’Connor’s Global Insurance Department, focusing his practice on insurance coverage and complex litigation. Trevor has substantial experience representing clients in multi-party litigation in both state and federal courts. Trevor regularly defends insurance carriers and adjusters in both first- and third-party insurance disputes and bad faith litigation, seeking resolution on behalf of his clients in matters involving commercial general liability, directors and officers, errors and omissions, business interruption, and property coverage.
Trevor returns to Cozen O’Connor after practicing as a corporate associate in the Salt Lake City office of an Am Law100 firm. Before joining Cozen O’Connor as an associate in 2021, Trevor was a litigation associate with a leading Utah-based firm.
Trevor earned his B.A., magna cum laude, and M.P.A. from Southern Utah University, where he was a member of the Southern Utah University football team. Trevor earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law.
