Tyler M. Frankel

Associate

Tyler focuses her practice on commercial litigation and construction law, defending various companies, individuals, and construction-industry clients in various matters involving transportation, product liability defense, personal injury defense, construction defects and delays, contract disputes, and other commercial matters. She advises and represents clients in all phases of litigation from pre-litigation through post-judgement collection. She has experience conducting mediation, attending hearings, taking and defending fact and expert depositions, and investigating and evaluating pre-suit claims and mitigating risk.

Prior to joining the firm, Tyler was an associate at an international law firm and a boutique construction law firm based in Texas. She practiced primarily in the area of construction litigation, representing various construction industry clients including sureties, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding payment and performance bond claims, indemnity, mechanic’s lien claims, contract disputes, construction defects and delays, and other complex commercial matters.

Tyler earned her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University at Bloomington and her J.D., magna cum laude, from Texas Tech University School of Law.
