Kari advises clients in land use and zoning matters throughout all phases of residential and commercial real estate development projects. As part of her work in the zoning entitlement process, Kari drafts applications for special exceptions, variances, and planned unit developments, as well as zoning determination letters. 

Prior to entering the legal field, Kari founded and managed her own Pilates and Gyrotonic ® studio for eight years.

Kari earned her undergraduate degree from Bard College and her law degree from The George Washington University Law School.
