Ariel has almost 15 years’ experience representing clients in zoning and land use matters, including preparing DCP, BSA, and LPC applications and presenting applications at public hearings. Ariel prepares requests for determinations from the DOB and attends meeting with DOB plan examiners and commissioners. He consults and advises clients on zoning and land use related litigation proceedings. He also negotiates and drafts agreements, instruments, and other documents necessary for development rights transactions and all other zoning and land use related transactions.

Ariel earned his bachelor’s degree from Talmudic University of Florida and his law degree from Fordham University.
