Tom focuses his practice on financial restructuring and bankruptcy litigation, representing debtors and official unsecured creditors’ committees in complex Chapter 11 proceedings; counseling secured creditors, trustees, unsecured creditors’, and debtor-in-possession lenders; and representing clients in preference and fraudulent transfer proceedings.
Tom serves as vice president, communications & information technology, for the American Bankruptcy Institute. He was ranked by Chambers & Partners USA in 2022, named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers, and has an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell.
Tom earned his J.D., cum laude, from St. John’s University School of Law and his M.A. and B.A. from Fordham University.
