Hari Iyer

Hari focuses his practice on real estate and environmental matters. On the real estate side, he represents developers, landlords, and investors in connection with redevelopment agreements, leasing matters, and loan acquisitions. On the environmental side, he represents industries dealing with compliance issues involving various state agencies.

Before law school, Hari worked for nine years as an air quality specialist at the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP).  In that role, he inspected various industrial facilities including landfills, power plants, and printing facilities, to ensure compliance with air quality rules and regulations.  He also conducted complaint investigations, assisted with stack testing and emissions monitoring, and performed inspections of asbestos abatement and demolition projects.  Hari served as a PADEP representative on the Philadelphia Diesel Difference task force, a public-private partnership aimed at reducing diesel pollution.

While in law school, Hari was a summer associate at the firm in 2019.  He also interned for a small pharmaceutical company in New Jersey, working closely with the general counsel and executives.
