Zachary Janes

Associate

Zach advises clients on corporate securities transactions and corporate finance. He provides guidance on public offerings, listings on Canadian stock exchanges, private placements, reverse takeovers, and mergers and acquisitions. 

Prior to joining the firm, Zach was an associate with a full-service business law firm in Toronto. Previously, Zach worked at an asset management firm where he conducted due diligence and reporting on various alternative investment strategies, which gives Zach a practical perspective on financial investing which he leverages in his legal practice.

Zach earned his law degree from the University of Toronto, where he was an associate editor of the University of Toronto Law Review. He earned his bachelor of commerce from Queen's University, Smith School of Business.
