Veronica Johnson joined Cozen O’Connor’s Real Estate practice group in Philadelphia in 2019. Prior to joining Cozen O’Connor, Veronica was an attorney at a regional law firm in the Lehigh Valley, Pa., where she focused her practice on various real estate, corporate, and construction matters.
Veronica is experienced in representing real estate owners and developers, buyers and sellers, and landlords and tenants in a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, commercial, office, industrial, and retail leasing, and real estate financing.
Veronica earned her bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from University of Delaware and her law degree, cum laude, from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she was the note and comment editor of the Temple Political and Civil Rights Law Review. While at Temple, Veronica also served as a teaching assistant for first-year law students in the Legal Research and Writing Program and also as a teaching assistant for second-year law students in the Integrated Transactional Program.
