Veronica focuses her practice on a variety of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions and sales, landlord and tenant side commercial leasing, and construction contracting.
While in law school, Veronica was a judicial intern for Magistrate Judge Lynne A. Sitarski, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Veronica earned her bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from University of Delaware and her law degree, cum laude, from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she was the note and comment editor of the Temple Political and Civil Rights Law Review. While at Temple, Veronica also served as a teaching assistant for first-year law students in the Legal Research and Writing Program and also as a teaching assistant for second-year law students in the Integrated Transactional Program. Veronica received Outstanding Oral Advocacy Awards in Legal Research and Writing II and Introduction to Trial Advocacy.
