Amy is a well-rounded litigator and has experience handling commercial litigation, construction litigation, professional malpractice, general liability, personal injury, property damage and environmental claims. She previously worked with North Carolina Sea Grant handling environmental matters. Additionally, Amy handles insurance coverage disputes. She has substantial experience drafting coverage opinions, pleadings, motions, briefs, and written discovery. She has trial experience, as well as experience providing pre-litigation advice and counsel.

Amy is fluent in Spanish and proficient in French. She is an avid distance runner.
