Kristin Keehan concentrates her practice on construction and labor law. She has extensive experience handling all phases of litigation, from the initiation of a suit to preparation for trial. Kristin has a track record of success in motion practice and oral arguments. Additionally, she has second-chaired a criminal prosecution and has experience in jury selection, prepping of witnesses and gathering of evidence for trial.
Kristin graduated magna cum laude from Albany Law School, where she was a senior editor on the Albany Government Law Review and an associate editor for the Center for Judicial Process. While in law school, Kristin conducted research on environmental and tort litigation for two esteemed professors. She is an accomplished writer and has published multiple articles, including a co-author of an article published in the Virginia Environmental Law Journal titled Bug Catching for the State: Gathering Baseline Ecological Information Under WAVE.
