Charles Reid Kline

Member

Reid Kline focuses his practice on commercial litigation, with a strong emphasis on contract disputes, international disputes and real estate property development litigation. Reid has practiced breach of contract, business torts, professional malpractice defense, and family law at trial and appellate levels.

Prior to joining the firm, Reid was management and in-house legal counsel at a Florida company with more than 600 employees. While there, he managed service operations and advised and represented the company. He also practiced as a solo practitioner focusing on commercial litigation. He was general counsel for a realty company where he managed commercial litigation for a medical office developer and an attorney at a Florida law firm focusing on commercial and corporate litigation.

Reid received his bachelor’s degree from Emory University. Reid earned his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law. While in law school, he interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Southern District of Florida, was a member of the honor council, and a final round competitor in Moot Court.
