Molly has more than 13 years of experience in both the public and private sectors representing diverse clients in state and federal courts. She has handled multi-jurisdictional litigation defense of multiple Fortune 500 companies in a variety of multimillion-dollar complex environmental, chemical exposure, asbestos, and other toxic and mass tort claims. She has served on national trial counsel and been personally selected as lead discovery liaison for a Fortune 500 company with liabilities for lawsuits stemming from the acquisition of hundreds of now discontinued operations. She has guided and supported insurance carriers, self-insureds, third-party administrators, and attorneys by addressing Medicare compliance issues in workers’ compensation, liability, and no-fault cases in order to bring these cases to a successful resolution. She has been responsible for the preparation of Medicare Set-Aside arrangements to be approved by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid in order for workers’ compensation and general liability claim settlements to be in compliance with the Medicare Secondary Payer Statute.
Prior to joining the firm, Molly was an associate for a national law firm and focused her practice on environmental/toxic tort and Medicare compliance law. She also has experience representing multinational Fortune 500 companies in multimillion-dollar toxic mass tort claims confronting contractors, manufacturers, suppliers, and retailers in state and federal courts. Molly was also a volunteer deputy prosecutor for the criminal trial unit of the Office of the City Attorney – San Diego, CA.
Molly earned her bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles and her law degree from Golden Gate University School of Law.
