Kathleen represents early-stage and emerging growth companies in corporate transactional matters, including venture financing, mergers and acquisitions, and asset purchases and sales in various industries, including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, and entertainment.

Prior to joining the firm, Kathleen was an associate for a national law firm who focused her practice on corporate matters.

Kathleen earned her bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from Bucknell University and her law degree from Boston University. Prior to law school, she worked at RSM US LLP as a senior associate in the risk advisory services practice. While in law school, she was an intern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement where she assisted the investigations team in securities fraud and market manipulation cases. Kathleen is certified in upper-intermediate level of French proficiency.
