Laura focuses her practice on domestic and international trademark, copyright, and unfair competition matters, including developing brand strategies, trademark prosecution and maintenance, licensing, and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) proceedings. She routinely assists clients with brand protection, including litigation, UDRP domain name disputes, and DMCA copyright content enforcement. Laura also has cybersecurity and data security experience. In her practice, Laura represents corporate, small business, and individual clients in various industries, including fashion and merchandising, food and beverage, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, security services, and financial services.
Prior to joining the firm, Laura was a law clerk and associate attorney at an intellectual property law firm based in Philadelphia and New Jersey.
Laura earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara and her law degree from Pennsylvania State University, Penn State Law. While in law school, Laura served as the Penn State Journal of Law and International Affairs editor-in-chief.
