Eric is involved in all aspects of commercial and real estate litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Eric was a commercial litigation associate at a New York firm, where he worked with clients to determine the objectives they would like to achieve through litigation, devised innovative strategies to achieve resolutions, researched and drafted all types of operating/shareholder agreements, and contracts incorporating appreciation of the omnipresent risk of litigation.

Eric earned his undergraduate degree from Boston College. Eric earned his law degree from Villanova University School of Law, where he was a staff writer and managing editor of Symposium on Villanova Sports and Entertainment Law Journal

Experience

Review and analysis of case files to prepare innovative and unique strategies for pre-trial motion practice and trial in Supreme Court actions and landlord-tenant summary proceedings.

Drafting and arguing dispositive motions in high-value commercial litigation actions and proceedings.

Research into various discrete issues of commercial and corporate litigation to draft internal and client proliferated memos.

Review and analysis of contracts, including commercial leases, sales contracts, national and international distribution agreements, and commercial transaction agreements.

Review and analysis of corporate by-laws and all other governing documents of cooperatives and condominiums throughout New York City and counseling of Boards of Directors/Managers on issues relating to, inter alia, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and prospective litigation matters.

Commencement and defense of actions and summary proceedings on behalf of various Boards of Directors and Boards of Managers involving developers, shareholders, architects, engineers, accountants, and tenants.
