Hallie McDonald

Associate

Hallie represents clients in a wide range of complex commercial litigation in state and federal court, such as breach of contract, securities fraud, First Amendment torts, real estate and products liability matters. Since joining the firm in 2018, Hallie has gained substantial experience at all stages of litigation, including appellate experience and successful briefing to the Supreme Court of the United States. She also has experience with alternative dispute resolution, and has handled arbitration proceedings before the American Arbitration Association, International Centre for Dispute Resolution, and the International Chamber of Commerce.

Prior to being a summer associate and ultimately joining the firm, Hallie was a judicial intern to the Honorable Arthur D. Spatt, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York and a legal assistant at a New York law firm.

Hallie earned her undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Mercyhurst University. Hallie earned her law degree from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. While in law school, she was associate editor of the Hofstra Law Review, volume 46.
