Savannah G. Merceus


Savannah focuses on finding creative solutions for her clients' varying intellectual property needs. Savannah has experience with trademark and copyright matters, including trademark clearance, prosecution, licensing, and enforcement. She also handles internet domain issues, music rights management, Trademark Trial and Appeal Board proceedings, and intellectual property due diligence review for major corporate transactions.

Before joining Cozen O'Connor, Savannah was an intellectual property associate at a national law firm focusing on trademark prosecution and portfolio management.

Savannah earned her bachelor’s degree in music business/management and voice from Berklee College of Music. Before practicing law, Savannah worked as a licensing coordinator at a major record label and music publisher in New York.

Savannah earned her law degree from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law where she was a Student Bar Association Representative and teaching assistant for legal writing. She also competed as a member of Moot Court, winning awards in multiple competitions for best brief-writing and best oral argument.
