Brian focuses his practice in the areas of complex commercial and business litigation, including products liability, breach of contract, and construction defect, as well as insurance coverage and defense, including matters pertaining to commercial general liability and professional liability. Brian takes a holistic approach to handling each case by utilizing meticulous preparation and an open-minded approach in providing innovative and practical guidance to his clients.
Prior to joining the firm, Brian was a commercial litigation and insurance coverage associate with a national firm. While there, he represented a wide variety of companies and professionals in various civil litigation matters and provided insurance coverage and defense to industry-leading insurance companies.
Brian earned his law degree from Indiana University – Maurer School of Law and his undergraduate degree from DePaul University. While in law school, Brian was an articles editor for the Indiana Law Journal and interned with the United Nations’ International Telecommunication Union, Hon. Steven David of the Indiana Supreme Court, and Hon. Edward Najam of the Indiana Court of Appeals. Brian is an avid world traveler, sports aficionado, Latin dancer, and serves as a team leader for the legal think-tank Law Without Walls (LWOW).
