Iain maintains a corporate practice focused on corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. His experience includes advising clients on initial public offerings, private placements, public offerings, asset and share purchase and sale transactions, and dealings with regulators including stock exchanges and securities commissions. He has also worked with private and startup companies to develop appropriate corporate, capital, and governance structures.
Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate at an international law firm where he maintained a corporate practice.
Iain earned his bachelor’s degree in engineering from McGill University. Iain earned his law degree from the University of Calgary. Iain is fluent in French.
