Katharine focuses her practice on first-party and third-party complex coverage matters. She represents insurance companies in declaratory judgment, bad faith, and breach of contract disputes arising under personal automobile, homeowners, and commercial insurance policies. Katharine also handles matters involving long-term care insurance and fraud.
Katharine earned her undergraduate degree, with distinction, from The Pennsylvania State University. Katharine earned her law degree, cum laude, from Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Drexel University. While in law school, Katharine was one of several lead editors of the Drexel Law Review and was a judicial intern for the Honorable Michael Erdos, Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas.
