Dana focuses her practice on a broad range of complex litigation issues. She has experience drafting discovery, pre-trial and trial motions, conducting depositions, negotiating and drafting settlement agreements, and developing creative legal solutions.
Prior to joining the firm, Dana was an associate with a California-based litigation firm where she focused on commercial litigation and insurance coverage. Dana also clerked for the Washington State Court of Appeals, where she conducted legal research and drafted bench memoranda and opinions. She clerked for the Honorable J. Robert Leach (Division I) and externed for the Honorable Lisa R. Worswick (Division II).
Dana earned her B.A., cum laude, from Washington State University and her J.D., cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law. While in law school, Dana was the executive editor of research and training of the Seattle University Law Review. She also co-founded the Washington State University Pre-Law Resource Center, where she helped undergraduate students prepare for law school.
