Dana handles a wide variety of regulatory, transactional, litigation, and corporate matters for hospitals, health systems, physician practices, nursing facilities, and other health care providers. Her experience includes ensuring clients’ compliance with federal and multi-state health care laws and regulations, including Medicare, Medicaid, licensure, HIPAA, Stark, Anti-Kickback, and False Claims Act laws and regulations; advising clients on legal issues arising from health care transactions and business arrangements; assisting with health care provider licensure, Medicare and Medicaid provider enrollment, and reimbursement; and providing counseling in connection with litigation, government audits, and investigations.

Dana joined Cozen O'Connor's Philadelphia office in 2014. Before joining the firm, Dana practiced as a health law attorney in Boston.

Dana earned her Juris Doctor at Boston University School of Law, where she volunteered as a first year law student adviser and was a member of the Women's Law Association. Dana earned her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, at Georgetown University, where she double-majored in English and studio art.
