Braden focuses his practice on the defense of claims involving wrongful death, trucking accidents, oil and gas, product liability, construction defects, and a wide array of commercial disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, Braden was an assistant district attorney at the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, where he served as first chair lead counsel in more than a dozen jury trials, solely authored several appellate briefs on behalf of the State of Texas, and acted as a misdemeanor chief where he supervised a number of attorneys in trials and hearings.
Braden earned his bachelor’s degree and masters in accounting from Tulane University, A.B. Freeman School of Business, as well as his law degree from Tulane University Law School. While in law school, he was an extern for the Orleans Parish District Attorney’s Office, a law clerk at the United States Attorney’s Office, Eastern District of Louisiana, and a judicial extern to the Honorable Roland L. Belsome, Louisiana Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal.
