Braden focuses his practice on insurance.
Prior to joining the firm, Braden was an assistant district attorney at the Harris County District Attorney’s Office. Braden solely authored two appellate briefs that resulted in affirmed convictions in aggravated robbery and murder trials, was the first chair lead counsel on more than a dozen jury trials, and acted as a misdemeanor chief where he supervised four attorneys in trials and hearings.
Braden earned his bachelor’s degree and masters in accounting from Tulane University, A.B. Freeman School of Business, as well as his law degree from Tulane University Law School. While in law school, he was an extern for the Orleans Parish District Attorney’s Office, a law clerk at the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Eastern District of Louisiana, and a judicial extern to the Honorable Roland L. Belsome, Louisiana Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal.
