Michael joined the firm's New York office in 2012. As a member in the Commercial Litigation Group, Michael has established himself as an attorney who excels at handling high profile, complex cases from inception through trial. Michael has extensive experience in the construction industry, representing condo and co-op boards, sponsors, general contractors, and construction managers. In addition, Michael represents business owners and entrepreneurs in disputes leading to litigation.
Michael’s litigation practice focuses on claims involving the construction industry and real estate, including disputes relating to high exposure construction defects, delays, contractual claims, and construction accidents. He handles cases from inception through trial, including alternate dispute resolution. Michael also litigates contractual claims between business owners, catastrophic injury claims, and professional liability claims. In doing so, Michael’s goal is to achieve practical solutions for his clients expeditiously and he uses his experience with negotiation, mediation, and litigation to achieve the best results for his clients.
Michael earned his law degree from Roger Williams University School of Law. He received his bachelor's degree in political science from Providence College.
